This is an excellent blog. I loved the story about leaving medicine, plus the one about Sunday being just another day. Please keep up the excellent work. I look forward to more posts.
Thanks for the thumbs up.
Thanks for taking the time to write. Your writings are hilarious. They help keep me sane while I plan my own escape from the clutches of corporate-controlled-medicine.
Thanks. Leaving medicine is obviously difficult. It is hard to find something new that still justifies all the school and training. But you only go around once. Good luck.
Wow-I don’t know what to say. I read the ‘leaving medicine’ entry. Sad and funny. Also want to leave the field. Great blog!
Thanks egg. Good luck.
Love the website and the design. Your leaving Medicine post brought me to this site. You sir, write quite eloquently and poignantly. I too am in desperate need of a medicinectomy but alas I am to remain on the waiting list for 2 more years before I give IT the knife and regain my life back.
Love your writing.
I am curious however….
Were you able to escape the clutches of a straight-forward career in medicine?
What happened to this blog? The writing is amazing, and helpful. From another medical malcontent.
